Welcome to I AM Organics. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of iam-organics.com (the “Site”) and any purchases you make through the Site. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. 

1. About Us 

I AM Organics is a small-batch, handmade body care and skincare brand based in Atlanta, GA. We offer naturally-derived and organic-leaning skincare products formulated with transparency and care. 

2. Eligibility 

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase on the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate. 

3. Products and Pricing

All products are described to the best of our ability with accurate ingredients and use information. Product photos are representative; actual products may vary slightly in color, texture, or appearance due to the small-batch, handmade nature of our formulations. 

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. 

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or correct pricing or product information errors at our discretion. 

Products are intended for external, topical use only unless otherwise noted. 

4. Orders and Payment 

Orders are accepted at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or product availability issues. 

Payment is processed through our secure payment processor at the time of order placement. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. 

You agree to provide accurate, complete payment and shipping information. You are responsible for any charges or delays resulting from incorrect information. 

Sales tax will be applied where required by law.

5. Shipping and Delivery 

 Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days of payment confirmation. Because our products are made by hand in small batches, processing times may occasionally be longer during high-volume periods or new product launches. 

  • Free standard shipping is offered on orders over $50 within the United States. Shipping costs and timing for orders under $50 will be calculated at checkout. 
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. 
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. 
  • If a package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Lost or stolen packages after delivery are not the responsibility of I AM Organics. 

6. Returns and Refunds 

Our Returns and Refunds Policy is described in detail on our Returns & Refunds page. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined there. In summary: 

  • Due to the handmade and personal nature of skincare products, we accept returns only on unopened, unused items in their original packaging. 
  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. 
  • Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery for replacement or refund. 

7. Product Use, Skin Sensitivity, and Disclaimer 

Our products are formulated with care, but every person’s skin is unique. By using our products, you acknowledge and agree to the following: 

  • We strongly recommend reviewing the full ingredient list before use and performing a patch test on a small area of skin before applying any new product more broadly. 
  • If you experience irritation, redness, or any adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult a medical professional. 
  • Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Statements about our products have not been evaluated by the FDA. 
  • If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a known skin condition, consult your healthcare provider before using any new skincare product. 
  • Keep products out of reach of children and avoid contact with eyes. 

8. Intellectual Property 

All content on the Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, product photographs, product descriptions, ingredient education content, brand name, and formulations — is owned by I AM Organics or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial use of the Site is permitted. 

9. User Conduct 

When using the Site, you agree not to: 

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose 
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or other users’ accounts 
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Site 
  • Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code 
  • Use the Site to harass, abuse, or harm others 
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation 

10. Reviews and Testimonials

If you submit a product review, testimonial, or other content to the Site, you grant I AM Organics a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and share that content for marketing and promotional purposes. Reviews must be honest and based on personal experience. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these Terms or that we determine, in our discretion, to be inappropriate. 

11. Disclaimers

The Site and all products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I AM Organics disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. 

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I AM Organics, its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. 

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless I AM Organics, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of our products, or your violation of any law or third-party right. 

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. 

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. 

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
